Final cleaning, water, electricity, bed linen and visitor's tax are already included in the price.
A deposit of 400 euros is payable in cash on arrival. This will be refunded when you leave the villa, excluding any damage caused.
We are a non-smoking house.
You are allowed to bring one dog (one-time pet fee: 50€)
A full refund will be given for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check-in will not be refunded.
About Us
We are Silvia and Harald. Our first family vacation brought us to Istria in 2000, and we fell in love with the region! For many years, we were permanent campers on a campsite near Rovinj during the summer. Our two children, Moritz and Madita, practically grew up here during the summer months. In the winter months, we traveled to distant destinations. However, in recent years, we have become increasingly aware of the impact humans have on the environment. As a result, finding new sustainable travel options has become a crucial factor for us.
We decided to forgo long-distance travel and opt for climate-friendly transportation such as trains, buses, cars, or even bicycles and e-bikes. We also travel during the off-season to avoid overcrowding and steer away from all-inclusive vacations, to name just a few examples. Sustainability is not just a trend; it has developed into a rewarding lifestyle that offers a fulfilling and viable alternative.
It's about traveling more consciously, and at the same time, more adventurously and healthily. It only requires a slight shift in mindset and focusing on essential things like nature experiences, healthy culinary delights, and slowing down. This is how the idea of this holiday home, where we want to commit to sustainability, was born.
